UpSourced offers AI-powered tools within the platform. By using these features, you agree to follow our AI Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse of AI features may result in suspension or permanent account closure.

AI Must Be Used Responsibly

  • Compliance: AI tools must not be used in violation of applicable laws, industry standards, or data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS).

  • Fairness: You may not use AI to discriminate against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, political beliefs).

  • No unlicensed advice: AI may not be used to provide professional-level advice (medical, legal, financial, tax, etc.) unless reviewed and delivered by a licensed human professional.

  • Disclosure: You must inform your customers when they are interacting with an AI-driven chatbot, voicebot, or automated system.

  • Professional standards: All AI-generated outputs (text, images, audio, video) must be professional, respectful, and free from offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content.

  • Data security: You are responsible for protecting confidential and sensitive information. Do not input personal or private customer data into AI systems unless you have explicit consent and a lawful basis.

  • System integrity: AI use must not damage or impair websites, servers, or networks. Do not use AI to launch automated attacks, generate spam, or overload systems with requests.

  • Truthfulness: AI may not be used to spread misinformation, malicious content, or manipulative campaigns.

  • Consistency with our Terms: AI features must be used in line with this Code of Conduct and all other UpSourced Terms of Service.

  • No Liability: UpSourced is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your misuse of the platform or AI tools.

  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that breach this Code of Conduct or AI Policy.
